Dave & Nadia
We are a husband and wife team who own and operate a small business near Sacramento, CA. Running a small business is demanding, and we longed for a coastal retreat where we could unwind on weekends. When Dave found this property for sale, we came to take a look. We haven't looked back since! We love the small, quaint town and its wonderful community members. Although we recognized the enormity of the project, we also saw its potential to benefit the community.

Our Journey
We’ve dedicated countless hours to transforming the property to its current state. Initially, we had to hack through the overgrowth and carve a walking path just to access the buildings! With the invaluable support of family and friends, we cleared the grounds and established a workspace—a task that, in hindsight, now feels like the easy part. We've also enlisted the expertise of local professionals and assembled a team of committed individuals who share our passion for the Creamery's and Loleta's success.
